Product Description

Before cutting the whole line,recognizing the nearest cutting line,it follows the shortest way and reduce the process of cutting
to improve the Efficiency.
Support DXF format,it’s easy to lead the Auto CAD,CAXA and etc.into mapdepot.
Commerical advanced spline running function(recognize figures by PMAC card).Template-scan,CAD spline,acieveing perfect accuracy
and avoid the eachange error.Supplement and corretion of the original function,tit can set the original point twice.
The accuracy is ±0.15mm,meet the requirements of PV products,windshields glass,mirror glass and etc.

Product feature and application

-Inlet section equipped with water receiving tank, water tank, water pump and high-pressure pre-spraying system.
-Main drive is gear drive, inverter speed control and digital display. Brush roller drive of washing section is drove by upper and
lower motors with separate belts, which has smooth speed and long service life.
-Washing section and drying section could be lifted up max. to 350mm as a whole with digital display, which is convenient for
washing and maintenance. One of the last brush can wash Low-E or coated glass, blower equipped with heating elements for a better
finishing. The machine has two pairs of air blade/knife which has large wind and good drying effect.
